By signing up for a membership, free trial, or any paid plan, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which together form the complete agreement between you and Holistic Families™.

1. Membership Overview

Holistic Families™ provides educational content, natural wellness resources, and community support through our mobile app and website. Membership gives you access to our digital remedy library, community features, live office hours, printables, and additional member-only content.

Certain courses, deep-dive modules, or resources may be offered separately as premium content and are not included in standard membership. These may be purchased individually or bundled at your discretion.

2. Free Trial

We currently offer a 5-day free trial for new members. During your trial, you’ll have full access to our remedy library and select resources, but community access and premium modules remain reserved for paid members.

At the end of your free trial, your membership will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected unless canceled before the trial ends. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at that time.

3. Billing & Renewal

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection at checkout). Your billing cycle will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

You authorize Holistic Families™ and our payment processor (Stripe) to automatically charge your designated payment method for the recurring membership fee. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel during your free trial, your card will not be charged. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time.

5. Refunds

Because this content is available immediately after payment, memberships are non-refundable once access begins. This includes monthly, annual, and lifetime memberships.

If you signed up for a free trial and forgot to cancel before it ended, please contact us within 24 hours of renewal at support@holisticfamilies.com. Our team will review your situation and may offer a one-time courtesy resolution if your account shows no active use after renewal.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, partial cancellations, or failure to cancel before your billing date.

2. Kindwell™ Products

Each Kindwell™ product is made in small batches and handled with care to ensure freshness and quality. For safety reasons and to maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email support@kindwellbrand.com
within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion for eligible orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.

You may return Holistic Families™ merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
