Holistic Families Launch Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Holistic Families LLC, 174 E Neider Ave #7, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815 (the “Sponsor”). Questions may be directed to support@holisticfamilies.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and contractors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Participating ambassadors are not eligible to win their own giveaway. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants must have a public Instagram account in good standing under Instagram’s terms of use.

3. Entry period

The giveaway opens Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 6:00am Pacific Time and closes Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 11:59pm Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be counted. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for the giveaway.

4. Separate drawings

Several Holistic Families ambassadors are each running this giveaway with their own audience during the Entry Period. Each participating ambassador’s post is a separate drawing with its own winner, and entries are counted only on the post where they were left. Entering on more than one ambassador’s post is permitted, and each of those posts is judged separately.

5. How to enter

During the Entry Period, on a participating ambassador’s giveaway post on Instagram:

1. Follow both the participating ambassador and @holistic.families on Instagram.
2. Leave a comment naming the sickness or symptom you would look up first.
3. Optionally, tag one friend per additional comment, up to five additional entries.

Each qualifying comment counts as one entry, for a maximum of six entries per person per ambassador post. Comments that do not meet the requirements above, are duplicated, or are left outside the Entry Period will not be counted. Tagging accounts that are not real people, or accounts you do not know, may result in disqualification.

6. Prize

One prize per ambassador drawing: one annual membership to the Holistic Families app, with an approximate retail value of $297 US. Total value of all prizes awarded depends on the number of participating ambassadors.

The membership is awarded for one year and does not renew automatically at no cost. The winner may continue the membership afterward at the rate then in effect. The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All taxes and any other costs associated with receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entrants who are already members

If a winner joined Holistic Families before winning and holds a paid membership, the Sponsor will refund the amount that winner paid for the current membership term in place of awarding a duplicate membership, and the winner’s existing membership continues for the year already purchased. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within thirty days.

7. Winner selection and notification

On or about Friday, October 9, 2026, one winner per ambassador drawing will be selected at random from all qualifying entries received for that drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Mail-in entries are added to the same pool and have an equal chance of winning.

The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from the ambassador or the Sponsor, and may be named publicly on the ambassador’s Instagram account. A winner who does not respond within seventy-two hours of first notification, who cannot be reached, or who is found ineligible forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining entries. The Sponsor may require a winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release before the prize is awarded.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and the participating ambassador to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. General conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in a disruptive manner, or uses multiple accounts, bots or automated entry methods. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, and in that case may award the prize among eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled or not received for any reason, including any failure of Instagram, any network, or any hardware or software.

10. Release of liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, the participating ambassadors, and their respective officers, members, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

11. Not affiliated with Instagram

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for the giveaway in any way.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used by the Sponsor to administer this giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Entering does not by itself subscribe an entrant to any mailing list.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of the giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any damages other than actual out of pocket expenses.
